This is not prescriptive coaching or medical therapy, it is a bespoke service, that meets every person where they are.

With over two decades of my career spent within the NHS, alongside my own personal experience of recovery from serious illness, I have developed a strong understanding of the services I feel are needed from Nuenormal, and that I want to offer to others. 

My career started in 2001 with the Ambulance service, in a patient facing non emergency role, quickly progressing within the service to attending emergencies alongside Paramedic colleagues.  My most recent role has been with a multi-disciplinary adult social care team; primarily responsible for supporting care for people on discharge from hospital, or to prevent admissions to hospital in the first place.  I have studied to BA (hons) level in Adult Social Care, which has reinforced my learning, and also gives a firm foundation, and the skills towards being a critical thinker, to reflection constructively, as well as recognising the importance of dignity, respect and person centred practice.

Therefore, overall, I have been fortunate to have had this work experience, with first class NHS training which gives me the ethos and values I carry forward in my work to provide care, compassion, courage, commitment with sensitive communication.
