Cancellation and Resheduling
- At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full
- If Nuenormal needs to reschedule, an alternative time will be offered promptly

- Goal setting and forward planning
- Confidence building and adjustment guidance
Nuenormal does not provide
-Medical advice or treatment
-Personal care
-Crisis intervention or emergency support
Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or specialist support as required
Client Responsibility
Clients agree to
- Engage openly and honestly
- Take responsibility for their decisions and actions
Confidentiality
All sessions are treated as confidential, in accordance with GDPR legislation
Confidentiality may only be broken if
- There is risk of serious harm to the client or others
- Disclosure is required by law
Boundaries
To maintain a safe and professional service:
- Contact outside of sessions is limited to scheduling/administration
- This is a professional relationship, not a personal or emergency support service

While support is provided with sincerity, care, and expertise, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Progress depends on many variable factors, including client engagement and individual circumstances.
